No. You can use the modules that are most convenient for your pharmacy’s location and needs. You will be able to choose which projects to participate in and can disconnect and reconnect whenever you wish.

Regarding the online sale of pharmaceutical products, pharmacists will ALWAYS dispense them to couriers who handle the delivery as well as to users who prefer picking them up.

LUDA Partners has optimized its technology to connect pharmacies’ management systems with online partners which already sell on the Internet. By connecting to our network pharmacies they can choose which partners’ sites they want to start receiving orders from (quick commerce, pharmaceutical companies’ websites, marketplaces, etc.).
With LUDA’s model pharmacists do not need to have their own website or even technological knowledge. And with our win-win model they only pay when they make a sale.
No. Our technological solution for connecting pharmacies’ management systems is unique.
LUDA is a company that offers services to pharmacies. It does not stock any medications or products, nor does it engage in sales or distribution. These pharmacies within LUDA’s network have the option to select and participate in various online pharmacy sales initiatives, thereby initiating the receipt of orders.
We access it occasionally, during specific instances when we make IT calls, solely to check for the availability of a product. Since you are selling online in different platforms we need to ask you (technologycally) whether you have a product or not. The data accessed is encoded and encrypted, and it is automatically purged every 72 hours, except for transaction records executed on the platform. Additionally, patient or billing data cannot be accessed or retrieved.
The response to both inquiries is unequivocally NO. Our technological platform, LUDA Partners, enables the querying of specific medications at particular times, yet it does not grant visibility into pharmacies’ overall inventories. LUDA can verify the availability of a particular product. However, it does not entail access to the complete catalog of any pharmacy.

No we do not, but we are the engine that helps pharmacies sell Over The Counter medicines in different online platforms. Usually the pharmacies need to develop a complex and expensive website but if they connect to our digital network, they will be allowed to do that in different online partners where they can extend their range with no extra cost or develpment needed.

Our aim is to ensure that pharmacies handle the sale. Clients purchase their pharmaceutical products online, and the sale is conducted by the nearest pharmacy, either for pickup or delivery. Our model leverages the strengths inherent in the pharmacy model, such as the widespread presence of pharmacies and the value of personalised assistance during product pickup.
Moreover, the extensive reach of our network enables delivery within less than 2 hours, with products being handled and stored by pharmacists.
We do not own any motorbikes, vans, or drones. Our focus is solely on connecting with entities that contribute to the network while upholding the integrity of the pharmacy model.
